Presenting Reptiles!

This week, our kids finished off their taxonomy session on reptiles! Each kid had a chance to present their research on the reptile of their choice. We had turtles, snakes, lizards, and more. These presentations are a great way for our kids to practice different skills, such as doing research, organizing their research, writing, presenting to a group, and listening to each other. The kids will often ask questions of each other after the presentations, showing that they have listened attentively and are genuinely interested in each other's work. Presentations have been a wonderful way for our kids to build confidence, support each other's efforts, and learn to follow through with a project. We are so proud of them!
