Fall harvest!

Today, our kids harvested their final big fall harvest, and they had some haul! They harvested three kinds of lettuce, carrots, arugula, mustard greens, too kinds of kale, and two baby beats. For the rest of the fall, and over the winter, we will continue to harvest the plants as long as they keep producing, including our kale, herbs, garlic, and mache, which our kids just planted today. We hope everyone is enjoying their veggies as much as we are enjoying ours!
