City Kids is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Washington, D.C. Our mission is to provide multicultural, science, literacy, and arts education, with a focus on anti-racist, anti-bias, and social justice curriculum. Dr. Stacey Cohen, City Kids' founder, teaches the English, African American Studies, and Metro Adventure courses. City Kids also partners with outside organizations to provide a variety of science classes. Our program ages up every year, and our course offerings are updated yearly.
We are an inclusive community, and our curriculum is secular; all interested families are encouraged to inquire. Space is limited because we are a small program; if your family is interested, contact us at citykidscoop@gmail.com.
Covid-19 Update: Students are required to be vaccinated for Covid 19, and KN95/N95 masks are required for indoor classes and field trips.
