Shout out to Michael Smith, City Kids' own amazing writing teacher. Michael's skill, professionalism, patience, and humor made creative writing so much fun for our kids. Come visit anytime little ladybugs!

Our kids' final session for taxonomy was on invertebrates; they spent a few days in Rock Creek Park hunting for specimens and identifying the species they found. The kids learned a lot and had so much fun in their life science classes this year; the kids will miss their classes and teachers over the summer, but we will be back in September! Happy worm hunting everyone!
