If your family is interested in joining us for 2021-2022, please submit the below survey. We have limited spots, but if we have the space, we will accept families mid-year.  For the upcoming year, our classes will be appropriate for students 11 to 14 years old. Once a survey is submitted, the family will be contacted and provided further information.

 

*City Kids requires a $20 survey fee.  If your survey indicates that you may be a good fit for City Kids, we will send you an invoice for the fee.  Once the fee is paid, a trial day and/or an interview (in person or on the phone) will be arranged.  Payment of the survey fee does not guarantee a spot, and fees are non-refundable.  Families who fail to show up for meetings or trial days may not be given another one.  Families who will not be given a meeting and/or a trial day will not be charged a fee and will be notified that City Kids is not a good fit at this time.
